Liberal Democrats candidate for Suffolk Police & Crime Commissioner, James Sandbach faced three candidates in this year's Police and Crime Commissioner election.

RESULT

The result of the election for the post of Police & Crime Commissioner to hold Suffolk Police to account for the next four years was:

Elizabeth Hughes (Labour). - 47,159

Tim Passmore (Conservative. - 112,139

Andy Patmore (Green). - 27,965

James Sandbach (Liberal Democrat). - 17,801

Turnout 36.8%

Rejected Ballot papers - 5,594

Elected: - Tim Passmore
