Keith Scarff
I am Suffolk born & bred and firstly lived in Hadleigh, where I served as the youngest ever elected Town Councillor at the age of 21. Moving to 
Stowmarket just over thirty years ago and settling in Combs Ford. I have been a Town Councillor for over 22 years serving as the Youngest Town Mayor in 2002 -2003. Currently I am once again Town Mayor until May 2022 ( serving for an extended 18 months this time ). I also represent Combs Ford as one of the Mid Suffolk District Councillors and have eight years previously in the role.
I originally worked for a small woodwork company for twenty three years and have since been self employed as a decorator & Gardener. I have immensely enjoyed campaigning on behalf of Stowmarket residents at both levels of Local Government. I relish the opportunity to listen, advise and act on behalf of Townsfolk. I am passionate about the local environment and I have been a member of the "Pickerel Project" which works to enhance the River Gipping as it passes through Stowmarket.
Suffolk is a very unique County to live in and I believe that we have to make sure its Towns, Villages and hamlets are able to be sustainable places to live, work and relax. A passionate campaigner, I have consistently championed your views as residents at every opportunity. I keep in touch with regular Focus leaflets throughout the year as I believe it is important to seek your views and let you know what I am doing as your elected representative.
